Shipping Policy

Kirida's Little Boutiki utilizes the shipping services of USPS and UPS to ship all of our orders. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please pay close attention to estimated shipping times as stated in the product info. Pre-order Goods does take time to be produced and received by Us, this extends the shipping times to You. Pre-order Goods are estimated to ship in 6-8 weeks starting at the close date of the Pre-order. Some Pre-order Goods may take longer/shorter production and shipping times. Please be mindful that global, nationwide, inclement weather, natural disasters are out of our control and may cause longer shipping times.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. We will do our best to keep You informed of any shipping delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS or UPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Kirida's Little Boutiki is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days The Goods are in the original packaging & clothing must be unworn and unwashed. The following Goods cannot be returned: The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized or pre-ordered. All pre-order Goods are made specifically for Your order and considered to be made according to your specifications. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, this includes Goods that have been worn, washed, shows signs of intentional damage or soiled. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning of Goods

Cost of shipping will not be refunded. Any Goods that are deemed and confirmed by Us as defective, an exchange/store credit/gift card/refund will be issued.
